These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph361 ("ph361", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform available at ph361.win and all associated services, games, features, promotions, and content offered therein.

Philippine e-wallet payment services operated by GXI (GCash) and PayMaya Philippines, Inc. (Maya), accepted for deposits and withdrawals on ph361.
Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under PAGCOR regulations, completed by submitting government-issued Philippine identification documents.

Each Player may maintain only one (1) Account on ph361. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered using another person's identity or details, and accounts opened in circumvention of a suspension or closure are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of all balances without compensation.
When registering an account on ph361, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, registered email address, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. Bank transfer processing times depend on the originating institution and Instapay network conditions. ph361 does not impose deposit fees, though your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account. ph361 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your personal information are detailed in the ph361 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using ph361, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC compliance, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, anti-money laundering obligations, and AMLC reporting requirements.
ph361 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
